Accessibility of springyard.com
We want as many people as possible to be able to use springyard.com, regardless of their circumstances. This applies to the entire website, including product information, the shopping cart, and the checkout process.
The website has been developed with the ambition to comply with established accessibility standards, such as the WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines). We continuously work to improve accessibility and address any identified issues.
Website testing
We have reviewed the website in accordance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
Testing methodology
Automated tools such as WAVE Evaluation Tool and Lightspeed Website Accessibility have been used, along with manual testing including screen readers, keyboard navigation, responsiveness, and code reviews.
Content that may not be fully accessible
Some parts of the website are provided by third-party vendors. This includes, for example, payment solutions and checkout functionality delivered by external providers such as Klarna.
We have limited ability to influence the technical design of these solutions. As a result, certain parts of the checkout flow may not fully meet all WCAG requirements. We maintain an ongoing dialogue with our suppliers and work to ensure the highest possible level of accessibility.

The Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS) is the supervisory authority responsible for the Act on the Accessibility of Certain Products and Services. If you are not satisfied with how we meet accessibility requirements or how we handle your feedback, you may contact PTS.
